Challenge: [28] Odd pairings.
Title: Luck or Stupidity?
Word count: 190.
Notes: Tidus/Sora. Because I always found this particular part in the game interesting. xD This is... very, very perverted.

Tidus continued to practice his fighting techniques as the larger brunette approached. Sora simply stared at him for a while, waiting for an opportunity to speak with his friend. Without ceasing movement, the blonde opened his mouth and said rather loudly;

"Hey, Sora, you feelin' lucky today?"

Sora, obviously oblivious to the double meaning of that statement, crossed his arms and gave a wide smile. "I SURE AM!" He replied just as bluntly.

Tidus dropped his stick to the floor, standing straight and staring into Sora's eyes. They were sparkling in the hot sun, utterly clueless to what his friend meant.

In seconds, Sora was staring blankly at Tidus, who was currently clutching his stomach, laughing hysterically.

"What?!" Sora snapped at him, "What's so funny?!"

Tidus simply laughed in his face.

"WHAT? WHAT?!" Sora tried to look angry, though that only seemed to make him look more immature.

"Sora..." Tidus choked out between laughs, running toward the shore. "Sometimes you can be so dumb."

The older boy frowned. "I AM NOT!" he pouted, chasing after him.

"Yeah yeah, whatever," Tidus laughed, "let's just fight."

"YOU'RE ON!"

They began fighting, the blonde smiling every moment. Tidus was right. Sora was very, very dumb.
