Challenge; [25] Flawed
Title; untitled
Word Count; 187
Notes; Rather strange, really. It's more like a train of thought piece, and not good at all.

it's easier being imperfect )

Well, The contest has officially been closed and the judging is done. :O

Now, I really loved all the entries. Yes. And since there were only six, I don't see the point in handing out "honorable mentions." YOU ALL GET THEM. Because I loved all the pieces that were entered.

Recap:
Kotetsu by [livejournal.com profile] figgy--nice job of relating Auron and Cloud. I never would have thought of them similarly before.
Gravity by [livejournal.com profile] erendisblack--mmm, Squinoa in KH verse. And I liked the ending.
Daily Routine by [livejournal.com profile] melahelscharge--I'm always fond of fanfiction that deals with Naminé, and you did it well.
The Decoy by [livejournal.com profile] rikuxsora--A very nice look into Riku's frame of mind in Hollow Bastion. Dark and abandoned--just how I perceived him.
Warmth by [livejournal.com profile] shadowedsolace--An interesting piece that deals with a topic oft overlooked--the creation of the Heartless by Ansem.
[untitled] by [livejournal.com profile] withoutwings--A wonderful train of thought piece, written in a wonderful style.

The winnder of the challenge issssssss...

(oh god, did I take forever to decide.)

[livejournal.com profile] figgy with Kotetsu.

(Close runners-up: "Gravity," and [livejournal.com profile] withoutwings' untitled piece.)

I really liked the parallels drawn between Auron and Cloud. And the line "People who shared pain tended to recognise it without words" was rather well-placed, in my opinion. And a nice ending too.

Thank you for all the entries. They were all wonderful. :D
