Thank you, guys! This was nice to come home to. :)

Now that it's nearly October, autumn colours are beginning to show in much of the world, and days are growing shorter and colder. (Well, we're stuck in the middle of a heatwave where I am, but for the most part...) Which also heralds the coming of Halloween, and everything that goes along with it. Therefore, challenge 241 is to tell some ghost stories. They can be scary, funny, sorrowful, or any combination of the above; just finish telling them by Friday, October 8.
