Valor, Wisdom, Master – anything!

He isn’t alone.  He really, really wishes he was.  His head, his heart feels too full.  Fit to burst.

He’s crowded in his own body.  Shoved into too-little spaces.  He thinks that all he wants is to protect people.

Monsters don’t come out at night.

A grin is clawing its way out of his face, his eyes are sparks or worse – he’s enjoying this.  He hates this.  Something has shaken loose and he is free.

You can eat from the table of light all you want…I know where the real feast is.

Ventus led me right to it.

I'm going to echo what everyone else has already said: this was incredibly creepy, and awesome for it. The style you used for it works really well, I think.
