Notes: A teensy tiny Marluxia drabble. I feel like I don't have his character totally right. But this was sort of a spur of the moment thing, and now that it's there I like it.

Written on request for a lover.


Control. Power. Precision.

Sometimes he can see what Vexen is on about.

Conviction. Assurance. Domination.

In his mind he sees petals, a rain of petals that blankets everything in silence and death. So swift and beautiful.

Total. Domination.

So beautiful. So lethal. Quietly devouring, never to again surrender its prize and prey.

Castle Oblivion suits Marluxia perfectly. The whiteness, the silence, the oppressiveness. Bleached and lifeless and enough to drive anyone mad.

Marluxia loves it here. For no reason he can truly discern, his plants flourish here, in the dead white light.

But people do not.

And Niko loves Marluxia and his portrayal. Which means this is awesome! I've always thought that Marluxia's petals always made him seem stronger, instead of like a pansy. Maybe he's just magical like that. :D Anyway, loved it!

(mildly off topic) I giggled when I discovered he was the flower-child of the organization XD, but the petals are not nearly as pansy as they may seem, I agree XD
