Title: swallowed
Challenge [215]: Begin at the End
Word Count: 175
Notes: Roxas comes home (twice). SO GIMMICKY.

He is swallowed by light.

On that shore he opens his eyes and finds himself at a place his soul calls home.

This is Sora, he knows, this is Sora’s heart, its deep, secret chambers. This is the heart that he has sought for all his life.

He’s lucky. The rest of them, those other desperate seekers, they don’t have this. Vexen’s science lead nowhere, Lexaeus’ philosophy to nothing, Larxene’s fury to the void. Xemnas watched as he was robbed of his dream. Axel is dead is gone is dead is Axel. Xemnas watched as he was robbed of his dream. Vexen’s science lead nowhere, Lexaeus’ philosophy to nothing, Larxene’s fury to the void. The rest of them, those other desperate seekers, they don’t have this. He’s lucky.

This is the heart that he has sought for all his life. This is Sora, he knows, this is Sora’s heart, its deep, secret chambers.

On that shore he opens his eyes and finds himself at a place his soul calls home.

He is swallowed by light.

Axel is dead is gone is dead is Axel.

I didn't cry right there I don't know what you're implying

I love how this repeats on it's self. Right there in the middle was all kinds of sad and then by the end, well I felt kinda fuzzy in that warm happy way.

I truly adore this piece, especially how it's repeated in reverse to what the other Nobodies lost but what Roxas was able to regain. :)

Wow. I love the layout of this, because it is made of awesome. I'm not actually sure what else to say. I think I'm speechless. XD

I love this. The repetition fits so well (and I'm a sucker for well-done repetition) Great job! :)

This is beautiful. I am also a sucker for repetition that is well-done, and this is definitely well-done. Thank you for sharing.

This is my favorite, I have to say, by far.

No - the layout was brillant and worked so nicely. One of my favourites. I love how it gave me such a different feeling in the middle as opposed to the beginning and end.

And I when I read the end, it felt different from the first time because of what I read in the middle. And now I'm rambling.

SO NICE. :D

Yes it's gimmicky, but it works! Very interesting perspective, and even though it ends where it starts, it's still a different place.

This is beautiful! I love the rhythmic feeling the repetition gives. ♥
