[101: Spider]
Title: Spider
Word Count: 187
He liked to sit back and watch as the others connived and planned. It was as enthralling as it was repulsive -- each manipulating everyone else, plotting and scheming until they all unraveled one another. Schisms were drawn, alliances made and overlapped and discarded, all so seamlessly that the entire Organization was molded into a single deceitful web, at once intricate and deadly. But any web can only have so many spiders--it wasn't long before they began to squabble and fight. It wouldn't be much longer before they tore each other to shreds.
There was only one moth among all these spiders, one marginally innocent creature trapped in the web, but even after Roxas escaped, there were still strands of those webs on his fragile wings. He would be their puppet, if not their ally. And if he refused, those wings would be torn away.
Axel would not stand for it. If he had to tear down each and every web, so be it. If he had to destroy his fellow spiders, he would not hesitate.
Because everything, anything was worth it, if only to save that precious golden moth.
