Spirals and helices are some of the oldest symbols in the world - spirals are found on neolithic pottery, helices are found in Greek architecture. They are also found in nature, from the spiraling of nautilus shells to the very DNA that contains the blueprints for what we are. They can be symbols of eternity, or of the eternal mystery of the universe. In some cultures, the single helix is a symbol of Light. A double helix, therefore, can be considered a symbol of Balance.
Primal. Ineffable. Everywhere. [157] Double Helix. Interpret as thou wilt. Challenge ends August 13
