"Sometimes," she said quietly, "Sometimes, I'm scared..."

"Scared of what?" He asked, concern showing through his blue eyes.

"Scared," she said again, "Of my heart..."

"Why would you be afraid of your heart?" he asked.

"Sometimes I think that something bad will happen to it," she sighed, "I don't know, maybe I'm just being silly."

"Don't worry," he smiled, "I won't let anything happen to it. I promise."

She smiled at him then and gave him a big hug, "Thanks Sora, you always know just how to cheer me up!"

"Oh Kairi," Sora said as he stared out over the ocean from his place on the deserted beach of Destiny Island, "I'll get your heart back, I promise."
