Gah, I know I have to do the memories and the infopage again. *is lazy* But before I go do that, let me announce the winner for Sandman!
I'm glad to see that the challenge didn't really deter a lot of people, and the ideas were all very refreshing and creative! ^__^
sans_memories's Karma
I felt that although this piece is written very simply, it had managed to capture the essence of the line she had picked as an inspiration, and I think both creativity and trying to follow closely to the challenge requirements should be rewarded.
SPECIAL RECOMMENDATION!
However, I also adore
dejablue7's Castle of Cards. It is incredibly well-written, and I love the parallels drawn to Sandman (as a comic) and Marluxia. There is an aura of dreariness in the drabble, but weighing both pieces,
sans_memories won just by a margin.
Congratulations!
