Title: 1 Credit remaining
Word Count244
Challenge:197- Second Chance
notes: This is the end result of an incredible lack of sleep and working graveshift. Hope this actually falls under the prompt because it does in my head...but...well....
Dodge roll; swing swing swing. It was a familiar dance for Sora and he let out a triumphant "ha ha!" as he clocked another heartless over the head. He could still hear Donald squawking in the backdrop, Goofy's shield bashing off of something or another. All good signs that the battle was going their way.
Talons raked suddenly against his side; Sora grunted and stumbled forward. The onslaught continued, he was helpless to get away. Finally, with the aid of a few well aimed Fira spells, the heartless was gone. Sora went to cast cure before jumping back into the fray; only to find his magic completely drained.
He moved quickly for a potion, to find he was out of those too. No potions, no ethers, nothing. Sora turned to Donald, surely the mage could assist; and saw the duck was bashing heartless physically with his staff. Which meant he was out too.
Another attack sent him reeling. Sora let out a pained moan just as his heart separated from his chest and he was left to float against the black screen.

Load Game
The girl frowned, flicking the joystick in annoyance. "That wasn't supposed to happen." She growled unhappily to herself as she flipped through the strategy guide.
"Ah!" realizing where she went wrong she moved the cursor down to Load Game and smiled in a slightly sinister way. "You're mine this time." she promised the characters on the television set.
