Notes: Tifa/Aerith if you squint.

Aerith is so white, so bright. She is overflowing with graceful beauty; so tidy and pure. Her small smiles shine brilliantly within a crowd and her gentle voice reaches the Heavens. It was as if the angels themselves sculptured her in their own image and that it would be a mere moment that she spreads her wings and fly. One doesn’t want to upset Aerith, for she is too innocent to be scarred by the world. She is too perfect to have tears stain her cheeks.

Tifa is so black, so bright. She is filled to the brim with strong beauty; so confident and sure. Her light smirks are so sarcastic and her loud voice prints itself in bold in one’s memory. It was as if the war lords sculptured her in their own image and that it would be a mere moment that she reaches out and inflicts pain. One doesn’t want to upset Tifa, for she is too strong to defeat. She is too solid to deliver a punch onto her being.

Complete opposites; yin and yang. Yet they come together and as they hold the other in their arms they are one. That contrast, that black and white and over again mixes into an unsure gray, and it is impossible to tell one from the other.
