"Nice job, butterfingers!" called an angry voice and Roxas turned his head sharply, looking silently towards the infield. "A four-year-old could've caught that, y'know?!" Rai yelled and the blonde male looked indifferently at the baseball in front of him. He stared at it for a good two seconds before picking it up and tossing it to the nearest person. Fuu easily caught the ball with one hand (Though Roxas didn't doubt she could probably catch it behind her back with her eyes closed) and tossed it to home base, where Seifer was running towards at the moment. The male slid onto the base before Hayner could get the ball down and stood quickly, grinning as he dusted his pants.

"17 to 16. I think we won, fair and square!" he said triumphantly as the catcher let out a groan. Pence and Olette high-fived each other as Seifer motioned to his three friends to follow him. The four left, their leader glowing. Hayner walked over to Roxas who looked disinterested. Olette and Pence followed after, grinning like mad.

"Butterfingers my ass. More like liquefied lard fingers," he muttered, more to himself than anyone else. At this Roxas couldn't smother his laughter as the unexpected sound rang through the (almost) empty field. His friends looked shocked at the new and unfamiliar sound before joining his laughter, creating a melody with what even liquefied lard fingers could catch as true happiness.

[Liquefied lard fingers=mine. The other day my younger sister dropped something of my mom's and my older sister was all like: "Butterfingers." Being the strange one, I rolled my eyes and grinned, adding: "More like liquefied lard fingers." I've fallen in love with the phrase ever since.]
