... hi!  I reached the community through uzumakisama's journal.  Um, I'm a big KH fan, and go by Absardea at fanfiction.net.

Drabble!

Title: Gold
Word Count: 162

How long had it been?

 

The light here had the same golden quality of Destiny Islands, beneath the canopies and another scarlet sunset bleeding down the horizon.  Sora sat lapping the final dregs of warmth, the parody of a body, perhaps, a pale one, with a knowing smile. 

 

A dusk like this one, worlds ago.  Riku reached upwards into shadow and the stars fell.  He picked one from the ground and looked at it, at Sora, the fruit, back again.  Always was here, and all of the carved pictures were coming alive.  Riku was the boldest, a wash of lilac light hanging over his eyes, spindles of sun lighting his hair, pupils.  Time for words had passed.  He split it dead in two, and bit in, Sora cradling the other half like it was something sacred, something he could never lose. 

 

Juice flashed, trailed down Riku’s jaw, caught in the hollow jut of his collar bone.  When they met, their mouths tasted the same.

Welcome! I'm a little confused as to what is going on, but I think your fic justifies Riku and Sora's relationship in just about the sweetest way. XD

BTW, your link is broken. You spelt fanfiction wrongly. XDDD
