They can bring news of celebration, of mourning, can tell you more about a stranger than you ever thought you'd know. They can change the course of your life. Personal, permanent accounts of a moment in time forever etched in ink, sent by train or bottle or simply by outstretched fingertips, this week's challenge is Letters.
