Challenge: [124] Traditions
Title: Windows and Hair
Word Count: 138
Spoilers: *blinks* …Not really. Maybe if you didn't know about happenings after Peter Pan, but it's not that far forward.
Rating/Warnings: G/None.
Notes: Peter's timing bothers Nana.
Peter has problems with timing. They’re supposed to have an annual time when he turns up at the window, but sometimes he turns up a few months late, or sometime even a few weeks early. So she ends up leaving the window open at night for several months, sometimes. Nana grumbles at her, particularly when the weather gets colder, but it’s easier than Peter having Tinkerbell annoy Nana until Wendy realises they’re there.
Not that Tinkerbell doesn’t annoy Nanna anyway, but if the window’s open, Wendy finds she tends to focus on tangling Wendy’s hair. Peter finds it funny, but he would.
She wonders what would happen if Tinkerbell attacked Peter’s hair, sometimes. But it’s one of those things she doubts will ever happen.
Girls- even fairies- don’t usually play with boy’s hair, especially not at that length.
