Oh wow! This just made my day, it really did. Thank you guys so much!

I had not given any thought to this possibility, and I spent about an hour flailing around trying to think? It was flicking through my music and hitting Marie Brennan's 'Against The Wind' that got me.

A wall strong in numbers

Because so much of the story in this series starts after the world's gone out from under you, chaos spreading out from Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden and devouring everything it can get its shadowy black claws into. So many of the people that we meet are survivors, the ones who lost worlds and hopes and family - in certain cases even to having the beating hearts ripped out of them - and they wouldn't stay down.

Challenge 136 is Endurance. and it ends on Friday, February 15th.
