Notes: Um, I kinda realized that it was due....tomorrow. ;~; I hate missing these dates. But, uh, I was glancing through my friendlist, and saw a mentioning of Ouran High School Host Club. And thought it funny that Riku's Japanese voice actor has done him, Tamaki, and Light from Death Note. And...uh, it spawned from there. >>
Summary: Riku knew something was wrong when rose petals flew from the door into the hallway.

Riku knew this had to be a dream. From the way the walls were painted a crystalline white, to the sheer fact that, well, he was walking down a hall he’d never visited before, shirtless. It was slightly creepy, but he continued walking to the end, hoping that he wouldn’t meet some demon at the end.

When approaching the end, the doors opened slowly, as if greeting him in. About to walk in, a flutter of rose pedals stopped him in his tracks. Shaking his head, he pushed through the door, ignoring the petals, and hoped that they were just a ruse his sleep deprived mind was playing on him. Or something.

“Welcome, poor man, to our world of beau-“ a blond in the room, sitting on a throne said, when another boy, a brunet, narrowed his eyes at the blond.

“You will not start that again,” he hissed, before turning back to the table he was sitting at, and scribbling in a notebook, mumbling under his breath.

Riku blinked. “Um…where am I…?” The blond gave a giggle of glee, and leapt to his feet.

“Why, you’re at the Host Club, where lovely young ladies spend their time and money! I’m Tamaki, the King!” Tamaki announced, pointing to himself. Riku raised his eyebrow, and glanced over to the brooding teenager at the table. Tamaki glanced over to him, and shrugged. “Well, he’s feeling a bit down today,” Tamaki smiled widely. “Light, that guy, keeps mumbling horrible things like ‘Death Note’ and ‘L is going down,’ and that certainly isn’t beautiful!” He frowned deeply, produced a rose from his pocket, and placed it between his teeth. “Not at all.”

“So…” Riku tentatively stepped between the two. “Why are we here?”

Tamaki was about to reply the same answer, when Light scowled at the two of them. “This is some sick dream to show our alter-egos.”

Riku froze, and Tamaki burst into tears. “I don’t want to be alter ego-ed with you!” He exclaimed, pointing a delicate finger at Light. “You’re creepy! Like Nekozawa –“

Light shot Tamaki a look, and the blond’s lip quivered, before he tucked himself into a corner. Rolling his eyes, Light glanced back to Riku, who really just wanted to wake up from this. “See, when your voice isn’t being used, some guy is talking for me. And if not us, it’s for…” he nodded over to the now darkened corner, where Tamaki was cultivating mushrooms. “Funny how life is, huh?”

Riku gave a scream, and the next thing he knew, Sora was shaking him awake. “Riku! Riku, calm down!”

Shivering and pulling his blankets tighter, Riku glanced up to Sora. “I…just had the creepiest dream…”

Sora scratched his head, and gave a shrug. “I kinda know what you mean. Some kid in my dream was saying how he could see dead people, and when I tried to agree – I mean, I met Auron! – he just looked at me strangely…”

Riku gave one last shiver, before climbing out of bed, and heading to the bathroom. He was going to dunk his head in cold water, and pray that he wouldn’t remember the dream later on.
