The thought of being in here forever is terrifying. I haven’t seen light in what feels like weeks, though I’m sure it’s only been days. Right?

Sora?

It’s been such a long time since I’ve seen King Mickey, too. I remember all those times he helped you… all those times I was too blinded by the darkness to see how much hurt I was causing you. But then there was once I remember calling your name, a call from within another body to help keep you safe.

Sora!

It’s kind of funny to think of it now. I was so determined to help you, but then it clicked with me that you didn’t really need it. You’re the shining light that will burn away the grip of the darkness on the worlds. You’ll save us all, and maybe even destroy all the moonlight I’ve swallowed in this everlasting night.

Sora…

You know… if I’ve swallowed the moon, then I think you’ve swallowed the sun.

Sora.

I need you. But it doesn’t matter how much of the sun shines from within you, there’s only one person that can save me from this darkness. It’s cold in here, and I’ve realised now your sunlight can’t reach me any more. For such a long time your name has been my mantra, this entire time I’ve felt that speaking your name will bring you closer to me. I’ve realised now that it won’t.

Sora,

I can’t do it any more. You have no idea how much it hurts to know that I can’t speak your name again, can’t plead for your bright smile to pull me from this dark. But I’ve got to find the one person that can help me now, and once I’ve found him, I can’t ask for you any longer. I hope I find you one day…
