Challenge: [190] Liar
Title Remorse
Word Count: 87
Notes: I liked writing Marluxia more than I thought I would...
“Hello darlings,” Marluxia whispers to his plants “how are you pretty ones today?” The flowers stand still and stare, there is no answer. He walks among them and plucks unwanted buds. He whispers a soft “sorry” to the ones he has to do this to. He tells his plants that someday they’ll see the light, someday he will be able to tend to them with true emotion. He will never lie to his roses, his acacias, daffodils, poppies, all the flowers of his secret garden underground, again.
