Title: In the Dark

Notes: This is actually my first uh, fan anything. So, hopefully it isn't too horrible. This just randomly popped into my head since I restarted KH not too long ago.

Sora awakens and instantly senses something is wrong.

Shadows are moving, and it seems so weird, because it’s night.

There is no light, because of the storm, but he can see them plain as day.

He needs to find Riku. Riku might be able to explain.

Oh man, it's pretty depressing to realise that at this moment, he's still innocent, and only a few minutes later things are going to be totally wrong.

Yeah, it is depressing when you think about it. It's insane how quickly things can go wrong. Earlier they were making plans to leave the island together, and than pow! The next thing you know the island is being overrun.

It isn't horrible at all! This is a fantastic look at the beginning of KH, I love how you describe how weird it is to see shadows moving in the dark, and your last couple of lines make this really, really great. :D You really described a lot using very few words.

Thank you! I'm glad that you enjoyed. I'm not used to writing for any fandom because I've always been self-conscious about the characterizations. I normally write original fiction, so this was a big leap for me.

Whenever I see shadows in the dark I get really creeped out, because I can see them so well. I was kind of just playing on that. Lol.
