Challenge [199]: Remember the Ladies
Title: Lady Tulip

Notes: The Lady Tulip, Tulipa clusiana, is a pretty white variety that blooms during spring. C:

There is dirt under her fingernails and dust in her hair.

She plants flowers, bulb by bulb, in the upturned dirt near Merlin's home. They are simply large seeds now, but perhaps one day they will bloom into something new and beautiful. She knows she is the same, because Tifa is strong, Yuffie is happy, Kairi is distant but in their hearts all the same.

She plants the tulips in hope that one day they, like her, will grow from plain seeds into something that is treasured, something special. The tulips are simply flowers, but she is someone who one day will be able to change the world too. So maybe, she's not such a bulb as she once thought.

She is not a princess, a warrior, a goddess. She is a plain woman with a silver-lined heart and nature at her fingertips. She cannot change so much, but Cloud looks to her for solace, and though she is not a princess, perhaps there is still something she can do.

Aerith is simply a plain woman, but she knows there are some things that a
