This was a whole new kind of darkness, one that creeped Sora out almost as much as the darkness he was used to.
Sure it pulsed with a life of it's own, but no little creatures lurked in it.
No beady yellow eyes.
Just a kind of...stickysmokeysick black that undulated and squirmed. The boy at his side shuddered and held the staff tight, knuckles white and mouth drawn in a pitiful state of fear. The clown had run off, leaving the two boys and the squirrel alone.

"P-pajama ka-kazama p-p-paja-"

Sora put his hand over the staff and shook his head. Nemo looked at him, eyes huge and shining.
The keyblade master stepped up and closed the door, shaking as a small tendril of "nightmare" wrapped around his wrist.
This door should definitely never be opened again.

He was gonna beat him up a clown.
