Title: Tainted White
Word Count: 600
Notes: Imagine what would've happened if she hadn't changed her mind at that moment...
The rather handsome man quietly examined the drawings that she’d made in her sketchbook. He had a sharp nose and a chiseled face. That was probably the main reason why Naminé always got a sickly feeling in her stomach whenever they would make eye contact. The palpable and somewhat eerie silence around them felt as thick as smoke, only making the blonde more nervous.
His azure eyes, slightly narrowed, which made them look razor sharp, seemed to be scanning every inch of the paper, before he nodded and looked down at the owner of the drawings. "It is a start, but I'm sure you can do better. And you should, or else…"
His smirk widened, but the glint in his eyes told Naminé that it didn't promise anything good. She didn't reply, but gave him the most hateful look she could muster, hoping that that said enough.
This caused the male to chuckle darkly. He bent forward, so he was closer to her, before he announced in his deep voice, "Well, I'll leave you to your work now, my dear Naminé."
Marluxia had whispered the last three words in her ear. It made the petite girl in the white chair shiver, partially from fear and partially from something else. Something she couldn't quite put her finger on. Even when she wasn't looking at him, she could practically feel the cocky grin that was tugging at his lips.
With that, the Graceful Assassin straightened. He turned around in an elegant manner that suited him perfectly and left the White Room. Naminé watched his retreating back, his long pinkish hair looking softer than feathers.
Even though she was told several times already that she couldn't feel any emotions, she loathed that man more than anyone. How he treated her, like some ill, helpless puppet who couldn't do anything and had no choice but to obey him. It was too disgusting for words and it made her blood boil to the point that it got icy cold.
Someone really should put him in his place in an as inhumane way possible. He deserved it more than anyone.
Suddenly, a strange yet interesting thought popped into her head. He probably wouldn't be this sickeningly arrogant anymore if she showed him her true powers. After all, she had the most powerful weapon of all the Nobodies in this castle. She could find out about his past life, his greatest fears. She could manipulate his memories and plant false memories, things that had never really happened, inside his head and let him relive them over and over again until he would lose his mind completely.
Now that she thought some more about it, there was nothing that could stop her from doing so. Sora was an innocent person who had no idea of what was awaiting him inside this haunted maze. He didn't deserve everything she was putting him through. Marluxia, however, was a whole different story…
Naminé would destroy him, break him into tiny pieces so that no power could ever cure him. She may look weak from the outside, with her pale skin and thin form, but she was capable to eliminate the whole Organization on her own if she wanted to... with some help of Sora, of course. And she would, even if it would be the last thing she would ever do…
Looking more determined than ever, she opened her sketchbook, grabbed a crayon and started to draw. The basic lines always came first, whether it was for a drawing, a plan, or a story.
And this story was not over yet…
