A fandom with 'hearts' in the title undoubtedly has a lot of love in it. Love, however, is an oddball thing: not always requited, or welcome, or even recognised. A lot of it isn't understandable in the traditional sense, either. Platonic, romance, twisted, vanilla, whatever: love is love is love. Except when it has its back turned, when it becomes hate. So this week's prompt (going slightly into my 90s power ballad nostalgia in honour of this being Challenge #290) is when love and hate collide. Entries to be in by Friday 6th June.
