Title – Supernatural Reward
Word Count - 134
Footnote - If Goofy and Donald can conflict pain on heartless, then so can humankind. =P
In one awkward motion everything ceased to exist.
An unknown airborne heartless plunged its shadowy hand further into Sora’s chest causing darker mist to stream out, in imitation of blood. The bizarre scenery silenced fighting opponents around the Keyblade wielder. Even a feather hitting ground could’ve been heard as clear as day at that moment.
Goofy and Donald stood beside their comrade in utter disbelief. How could such a small heartless do this? They fought bigger and more deadly creatures before! And yet… they failed…
They had lost!
Then, as if pushing a play button, everything resumed. Clanging of various weapons resounded, war cries were yelled, and magic was chanted.
Sora glanced at his dear odd animal friends. Clarification and confidence shone brightly in his sky-blue eyes.
Everything will be alright… it’ll be alright…
