I was hit with the inspiration bug tonight...

Title: Pretty lies
Word Count: 291
(anything else): CoM Spoiler.

I've never been thought of as a person before. In fact, I find myself sitting here in this room day after day, hardly moving unless I am told to do so. My sketch book in my hand, my pencils either broken on the floor, discarded in an attempt to break me down; Or they are in my hands moving elegantly across the paper to fulfill the needs of these majestic, self-absorbed beings. I'm nothing more then their doll, their memory witch who toys with the chains of memory that are not my own.

I've always thought about myself as a careful girl, never getting myself into trouble, but this gift I seem to have has kept me hidden behind the doors of this room. Every day I await his return, and every day I wonder if there is a chance I might escape. Though I never do attempt the daring escapes I draw. Those are just false hopes I enjoy tormenting myself with. I'm just a Nobody like all of them, except I am merely invisible.

I am worse then a Nobody, I'm a figment of imagination implanted into a young boys mind to fill the void of lost love. Though it was never really lost, just misplaced…or perhaps it wasn't misplaced it was just locked away with a key. I inserted myself into his story, and I am the director of his life and the pretend lover he left behind. I'm a marionette, pull on my strings and I'll draw out this hidden life that I seek deep with in my own heart. Perhaps the void that I make him feel is my own pain or jealousy as one might call it.

Sora… Let me be your veiled Nobody.

Title: Hail to the Pumpkin King's Hero
Word Count: 358
(anything else):

Careful, he thought to himself, straighten out his suit, we can't spoil the surprise. Darkness, nothing but darkness surrounded him as he stood near the withering rose bush. Cobwebs danced in the light breeze, while the full moon caused several howls to echo through the cemetery. Singing, dancing, joyous crackling laughter filled the night. Bats fluttered, screeching madly before one voice spoke up as his long skeletal legs helped him upon the fountain.

"Hail to the Pumpkin King!" the crowd would shout while the ghouls twirled their ragged hair. However, their Pumpkin King raised his bony hands to settle the crowd, and with a devilish grin slowly he stepped off the head of the gargoyle fountain.

"Tonight we celebrate!" He started to speak, while letting his eyeless sockets roam the crowd.
"Tell us why Jack!" The mayor spoke up, tipping his head to the 'King'.

"You want to know why?" He inquired, before letting that wicked smirk cross his face once more.
"Of course!" The crowed seemed to chime in with the giggling girls.

"For we have a hero and his companions amongst us tonight! And he is here to rid us of those foul creatures of the night." He brought his arm over his face as if interpreting a vampire. "These black creatures shall be vanquished! Despite how interesting and queer they all are."

Several murmurs spread across the crowd before Jack leapt into the air. A small spot had been cleared fro him when he landed, before lifting his head up to gaze into the dark blue eyes of the fourteen-year-old boy. His hands reached out to trace across the pumpkin mask that hid half his face, before ruffling his spiked brown hair. The crowd gawked at the boy for a moment, slowly swarming towards him.

"Now, now…" Jack spoke in a quite manner, eyeing the group before he made sure that they wouldn't close in. "Our little vampire here is trying to play part in our Halloween celebration."

The young boy let a small smile cross his lips, keeping his cool as he joined in the festival that celebrated the darkest holiday of the year.

Title: Candy kisses, Ecstasy drugs (translated to an eleven year old girls crush)
Word Count: 281
(anything else): Childhood crushes are fun to write out.

She kept her hands folded across her lap, pouting a bit as she watched the teacups dance across the table. The whistle of the pot, the merry laughter of her companions the Mad Hatter, the March Hare, the Dormouse, a strange talking duck, a funny looking dog (at least she thought it was a dog) and a handsome young boy. She frowned to herself, lifting her pale fingers to her blonde hair as she watched the Hatter inquire to the boy with eyes of the sky a riddle.

"Why is a Raven like a writing desk?" The Hatter laughed to himself, taking a large knife and cutting the cup in half.

The boy blinked momentarily looking over to her, before returning his gaze to the Hatter. "…I'm not sure."

"Neither am I!" The Hatter nearly threw up his arms, but instead reached quickly to grab the tea.
"Butter or Jam on your toast?" The Hare questioned.

"Jam?"

"Wrong!" The Hatter exclaimed, having offered the boy the half glass.

"Wrong?" He questioned, looking quite confused.

"Two days wrong to be precise!"

"Butter is the only suitable substance for toast!"

"As is Jam the Jabberwocky's favorite raspberry…" The Dormouse merely mumbled in his sleep.

She giggled softly, leaning up against the table while admiring him for a moment. He was such a funny boy, in fact he hadn't seen him before in Wonderland and often wondered if there was a chance it was because of the strange black things wandering around the Queen's territory.

"Sora." The girl began, before pausing.
"Yes Alice?"

"Do you want to play chess with me? I can be the Red Queen and you can be my Red King. Ok?"

I like the Alice one, too. (I can't cay anything about the Namine one, 'cause I've never played CoM.) Childhood crushes are cute~ I like the characterization in that one and the Jack one. My only suggestion is that with "Sora." The girl began "the" should actually not be capitalized, and the period after "Sora" should be a comma.
