Challenge: [084] Dust
Title: Dust
Characters: Larxene, Lexaeus
Spoilers: No
Word Count: 87

"keep me a secret"

earth shattering would have been a pun. but larxene made it anyway, needling her fingers into his shoulders. she dug into his muscle and let lightning run from her teeth to his lips.

silent.

because neither of them was a supposed, being empty and nothing. shells of enjoyment, secrets of the flesh. she didn't cling to him, but held onto him as one would a rock. there was nothing passionate in his slow earthy movements.

shhh.

hush. and larxene made love to dust.

This is one of those pieces that is just pretty. Pretty on the screen, pretty to say aloud, pretty in word choice and grammar choice. I love the sounds, 'shh', 'hush'; there's an almost 's/shh' repetition through the whole drabble. And just a wonderful use of the challenge topic. *hearts*
