Title: Flowers
Wordcount: 101
She wobbled on her feet slightly, keeping her head down cast. the fragile flower was clutched tightly in her hands.
He stood, slightly puzzled, directly in front of her. "Selphie, are you okay?" he asked carefully. Something was obviously bothering the normally bubbly child.
Before he fully realized what had happened, there was a delicate white flower laying slightly crushed in his hands.
She smiled nervously, tears already pooling in her eyes. "I--I'll see you later Sora." And she was off, half running half stumbling down the beach.
Sora looked at that flower. He knew what it meant...
First love.

It was an odd image to behold; the two of them. They just sort of stood there, staring at each other.
They were examing each other, trying to discern if this was real or simply a bad dream.
One wiggled her exposed toes and rocked on her feet. Her tiny hands stayed clasped behind her back and she was biting at her bottom lip. Her fingers twisted her jumprope and green eyes watched the other nervously.
THe other stood almost identically to her. Her boots shuffled at the ground sporadically and her bottom lip was hostage to her teeth. She studied the smaller form with wary emerald eyes. One could justs ee the end of her nunchucks as she fiddled with them.
"Ah.."
"Um.."
"My name is Selphie!" The both declared.
Yes, Tidus thought, it was a very odd and uncomfortable situation.
