Title: Simply Friends

Summary: Because everyone deserves a chance to fly.
Notes: X-posted to my journal and khfanfiction. The crack generator threw them up as a pairing, and I went ew. But then I thought they could be friends.



“So, you know Sora?”
“Well, not really. I met him once, but I’m looking for someone called the King.”
“Sora was looking for him too. We haven’t seen him recently. Sorry.”
“He’s been here?”
“Yeah, but it was weeks ago.”
“I’m sure he’ll be all right.”
“Definitely. By the way, what’s your name?”
“I’m Queen Minnie, dear. And you?”
“I’m Olette. Hey, if you aren’t in a hurry, do you want to see the best view?”
“Where is it?”
“Up at the clock tower you can see the entire town. At least, if you don’t fall off!”
“Why don’t you show me? I’m sure it’s very nice.”
“Sure! Let’s go!”

And two vastly different people sit on the clock tower, watching the sunset and finding beauty in the simplest things.
