Thank you, everyone! This is such a lovely surprise! Despite this morning's battle with the garden hoses (which I lost) and the almost-crash, this makes today a wonderful day. :D Sorry if this is a little late.

Life gives us many challenges to face; maybe it's having to abandon the place you call home, maybe it's watching a friend fall to the darkness, maybe it's losing everything you've ever known or loved. It happens to everyone, but each one is an experience we can learn from, something to look back on in our times of need. After all, what doesn't kill us only serves to make us stronger.

This week, let's have stories on survivors. The challenge ends on May 13th.
